N.S. Sivaraman: Chief Mentor; Heads the C-Suite Mentoring Team.

Sivaraman is a Mechanical Engineer (1964-69) with two PG Diplomas in Industrial Management from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Research Institute for Management Science, Holland. A former Chief Executive of L&T Demag, he has about 43 years of experience in various areas – General Management, Personnel & HRD, Manufacturing, Materials Management, and Management Consultancy. He was also responsible for the creation of L&T’s greenfield Shipyard & Port, near Chennai.

He was a participating member of a Research Study by MIT, Boston, USA in association with PMI (Project Management Institute), USA on Engineering Programme Excellence during 2012-13. He was the Chairman of the Chennai branch of Indian Institute of Materials Management during 1984-85.

He now mentors and coaches CXOs and also facilitates workshops for business executives.

Gayatri Anandh: Mentor Coach & Head - Technology Consulting

A seasoned IT professional with about 30 years of total experience, she has worked in a variety of roles for Infosys, GEC Alsthom, UB Engineering and Larsen & Tubro and was the CTO of First Solutions Ltd. Sai co-founded ADX Interactive - a UX design and branding firm in 2018, which is part of the 4 start-ups under his belt. He focuses on business strategy, lean methodology, marketing and branding.

Sai has been working at the intersection of business, consulting and training for the last 5 years. He is also a dynamic and engaging speaker on the topics of Design Thinking, Personal Branding and Entrepreneurship, bringing his experience and personality to the podium. He was a part of 4 member strategic team assisting faculty members in assessing contemporary global practices in academia for the designing course outlines for proposed IFMR University.
